These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AR Talk Back ("AR Talk Back," "Talk Back," the "app," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using AR Talk Back, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
AR Talk Back is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
2. App Services
AR Talk Back provides AI-powered persona conversations, augmented reality character experiences, communication tools, voice-generated responses, roleplay features, personal-reflection features, and related functionality.
AI-generated responses may vary and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate.
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
3. AI-Generated Content
Responses in AR Talk Back are generated using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated responses are provided for entertainment, communication assistance, and personal reflection.
They should not be treated as statements of fact solely because they were generated by the app.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use information or suggestions generated by AR Talk Back.
4. Not Professional Advice
AR Talk Back is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advisory service.
AI-generated responses are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Do not rely on AR Talk Back for emergency decisions or situations involving an immediate risk to health or safety.
Contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals when necessary.
5. User Content
You may voluntarily provide text, speech, conversations, images for text extraction, supported files, and other content when using certain features.
You retain ownership of content you provide.
You grant AR Talk Back permission to process submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you requested, including transmitting text to service providers that assist with AI processing, hosting, speech recognition, and voice generation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit content you provide to the app.
Do not use AR Talk Back to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use AR Talk Back to:
- Violate applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, backend systems, or related services
- Interfere with or disrupt operation of the service
- Circumvent subscription, security, or access controls
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others
- Use the service in a manner intended to harm, exploit, threaten, or unlawfully harass another person
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
AR Talk Back may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Available plans, prices, trial periods, and subscription benefits are displayed in the app before purchase.
Prices may vary by platform, country, currency, applicable taxes, and future pricing changes.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription automatically converts to the applicable paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable subscription period unless canceled through the store account used to purchase the subscription.
Apple App Store purchases are managed through your Apple account.
Google Play purchases are managed through your Google Play account.
Deleting AR Talk Back does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Cancellation takes effect according to the policies and subscription terms of the store through which the subscription was purchased.
8. Refunds
Purchases and subscription refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google according to the policies applicable to the store through which the purchase was made, except where otherwise required by law.
9. Privacy
Your use of AR Talk Back is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is accessed, processed, transmitted, retained, and protected.
10. Intellectual Property
AR Talk Back, including its software, branding, logos, original character designs, graphics, artwork, interfaces, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for content that you provide or third-party materials used under applicable rights or licenses, these materials belong to AR Talk Back or its applicable licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of AR Talk Back's intellectual property.
11. Availability and Third-Party Services
Some AR Talk Back features depend on third-party services, including AI processing, speech recognition, text-to-speech, hosting, augmented reality, and app-store services.
These services may occasionally become unavailable or change without our control.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption or error.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Talk Back is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Talk Back and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app, our services, or applicable requirements change.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and publishing the revised Terms through our website and/or app.
Your continued use of AR Talk Back after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
